I am a law graduate, a practicing Trade Mark Paralegal and walking down the Trade Mark Attorney path.

My curiosity for company branding spurred me on to create this space for myself (sorry!) to explore trade mark practices through my experience, as my work projects come and go. Trade marks are rarely straightforward, just like people – and that is no coincidence. There are set of rules to follow, but it is all subject to human interpretation and circumstances. Taking a rigid approach can lead to wrong, or at least unsuitable, decisions. Having this blog to explore all these interpretations that go through my mind in my day-to-day work and connecting it all with the different perspectives from the people I work with, allows me to make sense of it all and yet not have a set conclusion.
